Welcome to Strohmer's Farm, a third-generation family farm in Woodstock, Maryland.


For more than 100 years, our family has raised livestock and worked this land. Today, we're continuing those farming traditions while giving children and families the opportunity to experience real agriculture firsthand. At Strohmer's Farm, you'll find real farmers, real animals and real farm life. Whether you're visiting with your family, bringing a school group or celebrating a birthday, our goal is simple: Help people understand where their food comes from, how farm animals are cared for and why agriculture matters.

FARM TOURS Bring your group or class to Strohmer’s Farm for a hands-on, educational adventure exploring where your food comes from! Enjoy a fun-filled day learning about all things agriculture with activities including a farm animal tour, wagon ride, corn maze, interactive games, and feeding the goats. Private Farm Tour Available Thurs-Sun Come out to the Farm to relax and take some time for yourself by visiting the farm and all of the animals, the garden and more. Then tak some time cuddling with goats - while learning all about them. Our babies love attention but keep in mind you are going into their house - the barn, so wear your boots! We have 45 minute sessions for up to 5 people.
