Looking to buy meat in bulk? Strohmer’s Farm offers beef, pork, goat, and roasting pigs directly from our farm. Buying by the whole, half, or quarter animal is a great way to stock your freezer and know exactly where your meat comes from.

Pasture-Raised, Grain-Finished Beef
Whole Beef — $3.75/lb hanging weight
Half Beef — $3.75/lb hanging weight
Quarter Beef — $3.75/lb hanging weight
Customer pays processing directly to the processor. Your beef can be custom cut to your preferences, including steaks, roasts, ground beef, and more.
WHOLE GOAT
Farm-Raised Meat Goat
Whole Goat — $4.75/lb live weight
Customer pays processing. A great option for families looking to purchase goat meat in bulk or for special occasions.
ROASTING PIGS
Perfect for pig roasts, family gatherings, parties, and special events.
Under 50 lbs — $4.00/lb
51–100 lbs — $3.75/lb
Over 100 lbs — $3.50/lb
Roasting pigs are sold by weight.
WHOLE/HALF HOGS
Stock your freezer with farm-raised pork.
Whole Hog — $3.00/lb
Customer pays processing. Whole hogs can be custom processed into your preferred cuts, including pork chops, roasts, sausage, bacon, ham, and more.
